In Research Triangle Park, developers are gearing up to bring the park’s first retail and residential space to the area with the Hub RTP Project.
As part of the project, Longfellow Real Estate Partners has agreed to develop 220,000 square feet of office and life science space at Hub RTP. The building will feature state-of-the-art lab space and Class A office space, according to the company.
Charlotte developer White Point Partners will handle another component and last year unveiled plans for a 125,000-square-foot mixed-use complex dubbed the Horseshoe at Hub RTP.
